I never understood why my grandmother had all these plants in her house and at her garden. From the different kinds of flowers to the various shapes, and sizes of her Planters. She had planters in the living room, dining room, bedroom, even the bathroom, almost every part of her house had planters. I always thought planters were simply made as containers for potted plants, but as time went by, they are now used for decorative purposes as well. A variety of designs are readily available in the market and web to suit different tastes and needs of people.
From the internet I saw a wide variety and selection of quality residential and commercial Planter for almost every part of the house or whatever establishment it may be. What attracted me most was the different designs and styles of the Window Box Planters, Garden Planters and High End Planters. I was surprised at how they were able to bring the landscape closer to our homes. They were able to make dull porches and patios into simple gardens on their own. That would make anyone, specially me, take a deep breath, sit and relax, and just simply enjoy mother nature.

More and more people are starting Home Improvement projects. The rising cost of handmade products this days are so prohibitive that people try their hand at making similar products on their own. The cost of most imported wood tables and chairs can sometimes cover the cost of the tools needed to make their own. Also, personal tools can make more that just one piece. This leads to more savings as more and more pieces are made. Also, as more pieces are made the level of expertise increases and therefore each subsequent piece is better than the last. However, this endeavor does require a certain amount of dedication in terms of money and time and should not be taken lightly. However, the rewards can be great in terms of savings and public praise.
Basic tools like Circular Saws for wood working are necessary. Jig Saws are for construction of chair backs. Hand Tools like hammers and screwdriver are a must. Other Workshop Accessories like Power Drills can also help.
